Project Manager, Data & Analytics Platforms
Overview
Lead crossfunctional projects in a hybrid San Jose setting guiding scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk. Own planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating engineering, data, design, and business teams. Work with stakeholders to align delivery with objectives and expectations. You will join a collaborative team blending strategy and execution on digital experiences. This role provides exposure to data, analytics, and enterprise platforms in a fastpaced, growthoriented environment.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain detailed project plans with milestone tracking and executive updates.
- 2Lead projects endtoend using Agile Scrum or Waterfall as appropriate and communicate RAG status dashboards.
- 3Drive risk, issue, and dependency management across onshore and offshore teams.
- 4Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and ensure delivery alignment with customers and leadership.
- 5Manage multiple projects simultaneously in ambiguous environments while maintaining clear visibility and governance.
Requirements5
- 14-8+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management
- 2HandsOn experience with Jira, Workfront, MS Project, or similar tools
- 3Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- 4Experience managing crossfunctional dependencies across engineering data design and business teams
- 5Ability to build and maintain project plans milestone tracking and status reporting including dashboards and executive updates
Salary Insight
$125 - $175k per year
