Lead full‑time Project Manager for DAS initiatives in Salt Lake City. Own end‑to‑end delivery of distributed antenna systems ensuring schedule budget and quality. Deliver results through stakeholder communication and team leadership.
What You'll Do16
- 1Oversee all aspects of multiple projects from inception to completion
- 2Plan and define project scope with emphasis on distributed antenna systems (DAS)
- 3Strong design build capabilities with emphasis on distributed antenna systems (DAS)
- 4Coordinate activities and sequence tasks
- 5Manage manpower and resource planning
- 6Read and interpret construction drawings
- 7Estimate costs and develop project budgets
- 8Prepare bid packages and oversee project submittals
- 9Perform risk analysis and manage risks
- 10Organize documentation and monitor project progress
- 11Serve as liaison between business and technical teams
- 12Assist with team staffing and product/supply chain management
- 13Provide excellent customer service to exceed expectations
- 14Conduct QA/QC fieldwork
- 15Maintain positive team environment
- 16Demonstrate dependability and compliance with scheduled hours
Requirements11
- 18+ years in Distributed Antenna System (DAS) or cellular phone tower industry
- 2Project financial management experience
- 3Safety in high regard while maintaining quality craftsmanship
- 4Experience with Bluebeam Microsoft Office 360 IBwave design software MS Projects
- 5Understanding of financial and project management in low voltage industry
- 6Knowledge of Security Audio Visual and DAS networks
- 7Sales estimating and presentation skills
- 8Ability to deliver large complex projects while managing crews
- 9Valid driver’s license
- 10Background check required
- 11Minimum 5 years experience with AWS Certified credentials
