What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain accurate project records and prepare billings and purchase orders
- 2Ensure proper coding and cost accuracy for all projects
- 3File preliminary notices on the State Construction Registry
- 4Obtain lien waivers for each job to facilitate month draws
- 5Greet visitors and answer phones as receptionist backup
- 6Assist Project Managers Controller and CFO with miscellaneous tasks
- 7Coordinate accounting duties and project assignments
- 8Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- 9Handle sensitive situations with objectivity and professionalism
- 10Maintain confidentiality and contribute to positive team culture
- 11Demonstrate dependability and strong communication skills
Requirements10
- 1One year project coordination experience
- 2Construction accounting experience preferred
- 3Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting finance or business administration
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- 5Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects
- 6Experience with lien waivers and preliminary notices
- 7Ability to file documents on State Construction Registry
- 8Experience with AP/AR processes
- 9High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- 10Dependable attendance and compliance with scheduled hours
