Project Manager D Comics
Overview
Lead a fast-moving team delivering Marvel and Disney comics adaptations while managing schedules and approvals across marketing creative and partner workstreams. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and ensures projects stay on track at scale.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own and maintain project schedules across marketing creative and partner workstreams tracking milestones dependencies and deadlines flagging risks before they become problems
- 2Route creative and marketing assets through review and approval coordinating feedback across internal stakeholders and Marvel/Disney partners tracking versions and sign-offs
- 3Drive deliverables to completion holding internal teams agencies and partners accountable to timelines ensuring every workstream moves forward
- 4Run the operating rhythm of the team organizing meetings capturing action items and following up to prevent tasks from falling through the cracks
- 5Serve as central point of coordination across the team staying on top of ownership and proactively unblocking work as launch priorities shift
- 6Coordinate asset review and approval processes across internal teams and external partners
- 7Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail meeting tight deadlines
- 8Communicate clearly and influence teams without direct authority to drive accountability
- 9Manage multiple concurrent workstreams timelines and stakeholders in a high-pressure environment
- 10Utilize collaboration tools like Asana Monday or Jira to streamline workflow
- 11Adapt quickly to ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements7
- 15+ years project or program management experience in entertainment media or marketing
- 2Proven ability to manage concurrent workstreams timelines and stakeholders
- 3Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail
- 4Strong communication abilities influencing teams without direct authority
- 5Experience coordinating asset review and approval across internal and external partners
- 6Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred
- 7Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana Monday or Jira
