Overview
We seek a Project Manager to lead client enrollment for indirect spend and purchased services. You will own enrollment processes, drive contract access, and improve revenue outcomes. This role shapes how we engage clients and deliver value through strategic relationships.

- 2Serve as first-line resource for enrollment documentation and site involvement queries
- 3Execute enrollment requests to secure contract access and savings
- 4Validate enrollment accuracy for facilities contracts and tiers
- 5Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support cost studies and site visits
- 6Track case status and project progress to identify barriers and value capture
- 7Maintain documentation and project trackers for client and leadership visibility
- 8Respond to pricing and tier-related inquiries and resolve enrollment issues
- 9Build relationships with suppliers and distributors to enhance enrollment outcomes
- 10Identify process gaps and implement solutions for improved efficiency
- 11Manage multiple requests while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements11
- 1Relevant degree preferred
- 22+ years of experience in client enrollment or supplier coordination
- 3Proven ability to validate data across contracts and facilities
- 4Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- 5Experience with project tracking tools and reporting systems
- 6Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
- 7Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 8Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 9Understanding of indirect spend and purchased services frameworks
- 10Ability to operate in a competitive salary range of $68,500 to $116,300
