What You'll Do11
- 1Meet with homeowners to inspect properties and recommend solutions
- 2Manage projects from inspection to completion while delivering exceptional experiences
- 3Coordinate communication with homeowners insurance adjusters subcontractors and suppliers
- 4Maintain accurate project data and documentation within the CRM
- 5Monitor quality safety and adherence to company standards
- 6Identify and resolve issues promptly while keeping homeowners informed
- 7Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business
- 8Participate in ongoing training and follow proven processes
- 9Work with Minnesota team to expand office and uphold professionalism
- 10Handle multiple projects and deadlines independently
- 11Develop problem-solving skills and use digital tools effectively
Requirements8
- 1Previous experience in roofing construction restoration sales or customer service preferred
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- 3Ability to manage multiple projects and appointments
- 4Self-motivated independent worker with teamwork orientation
- 5Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 6Willingness to learn Guardian processes through paid training
