Drive roof restoration sales from initial contact to final closure. Own the deal and sign service agreements while earning commission and bonuses. This is a high-earning uncapped commission role focused on performance.
What You'll Do9
- 1Obtain signed service agreements from prospective clients
- 2Attend adjuster meetings on behalf of the client and company
- 3Get contracts signed once claims are approved
- 4Collect first and second checks and close out jobs
- 5Take and submit property photos throughout the process
- 6Attend scheduled company meetings
- 7Scale revenue through proactive prospecting
- 8Drive upsell opportunities during homeowner interactions
- 9Manage daily field operations and scheduling
Requirements7
- 1Self-motivated closers who thrive on commission
- 2Strong communication and people skills
- 3Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- 4Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs
- 5Sales or roofing/restoration experience a plus
- 6Ability to hit a minimum of 8 closed roofs per month
- 7Valid driver's license
