Own project administration for a facility management contract at a secure federal site supporting mission-critical operations. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build project governance by coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking with the Facility Manager and project team
  • 2Design and maintain project calendars, inspections, site visits, and stakeholder schedules to ensure timely deliverables
  • 3Maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, change events, drawings, and technical docs and archive them for audit readiness
  • 4Support CMMS administration and hard copy records libraries to ensure data integrity and accessibility
  • 5Coordinate site access, deliveries, equipment tracking, and QA/QC field documentation to support daily operations
  • 6Draft client communications and update memos for internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency
  • 7Assist with permit requests, work authorization forms, and daily site activity tracking to ensure compliance
  • 8Track invoices, receipts, and contract deliverables to support budget monitoring and timely payments
  • 9Maintain procurement logs, vendor coordination, and purchase orders to support execution
  • 10Support data accuracy and records retention for compliance, safety, and environmental documentation

Requirements10

  • 1US Citizenship
  • 2Eligible to obtain and maintain clearance
  • 3Minimum of 2 years of knowledge management experience, preferably in federal support
  • 4Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred but not required
  • 5Experience with a CMMS (WebTMA, Builder) is a plus
  • 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel; Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • 7Attention to detail with a focus on quality in client deliverables
  • 8Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • 9Ability to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment
  • 10Willingness to be onsite in Springfield, VA full-time
