Requirements11
- 15+ years in AEC management and leadership roles
- 210 years of related experience in business development and project management
- 3Bachelors degree plus relevant certifications
- 4Proven experience with IPD and Design-Build project delivery
- 5Strong understanding of AEC project accounting and people management
- 6Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 7Familiarity with diverse project delivery methods and contracting
- 8Analytical mindset for data interpretation and risk assessment
- 9Commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives
- 10Ability to think like an owner in an employee-owned environment
- 11Certifications such as CPC Card or AWS Certified
