What You'll Do11
- 1Manage manufacturing and engineering projects from concept through commissioning and handover
- 2Develop project scopes schedules budgets and risk assessments
- 3Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders contractors suppliers and equipment manufacturers
- 4Ensure projects complete on time within budget
- 5Identify efficiency throughput yield and reliability improvements
- 6Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- 7Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- 8Oversee equipment procurement installation commissioning and qualification
- 9Support automation controls and technology upgrades
- 10Drive capital and process improvement projects
- 11Maintain strong analytical communication and problem solving skills
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 23 years chemical manufacturing engineering experience or related field
- 3Experience managing capital or process improvement projects
- 4Strong analytical communication and problem solving abilities
- 5PMP certification preferred
- 6Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- 7Proficiency with CAD ERP MES or CMMS systems
