What You'll Do16

- 11Verify documentation control procedures are followed
- 12Identify ways to standardize technical build assembly
- 13Update SOPs and process flow tools to enhance integration
- 14Provide feedback to sales on order performance
- 15Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- 16Foster collaborative environment and drive sustainable improvements
Requirements11
- 15+ years managing project implementation and support
- 2Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
- 3Degree in engineering or related field
- 43+ years experience with project implementation and support
- 5Familiarity with pump manufacturing standards
- 6Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 7Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- 8Leadership skills to motivate teams
- 9Excellent communication for collaboration and reporting
- 10Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 11Proficiency with databases Microsoft Office and MS Project
