- 5Assist in drafting organizing and distributing project documentation
- 6Support onboarding of project resources including access requests and workspace setup
- 7Manage SharePoint sites to organize project information
- 8Coordinate meetings and deliverables with internal stakeholders and vendors
- 9Track risks issues dependencies change requests and program progress
- 10Provide administrative and operational support to improve Oracle ERP program efficiency
- 11Serve as central coordination point for program administration and execution support
Requirements10
- 12+ years of experience in project coordination or related role
- 2Experience supporting ERP technology initiatives is strongly preferred
- 3Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Outlook Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and similar tools
- 5Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- 6Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through and adaptability
- 7Familiarity with Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches
- 8Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet
- 9Demonstrated problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- 10Exposure to finance organizations PMO structures or post-merger integration work is a plus
