Program Quality Engineer (PQE) - Advanced Technologies Unit

What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as a key member of the program execution team ensuring conforming products through effective collaboration and compliance to processes and procedures
- 2Review and approve design artifacts and change requests to assess technical impact and quality
- 3Review and approve subcontract statements of work to align with program requirements
- 4Assess technical risks of non-conformance using critical thinking and analytical skills
- 5Support failure investigations and nonconformance reviews collaboratively
- 6Drive compliance with the Raytheon Quality Management System while fostering continuous improvement
- 7Initiate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product/process predictability
- 8Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning per AS9145 guidelines where applicable
- 9Partner with site quality teams for remote project support including material receipt installation and integration testing
- 10Maintain configuration control boards and oversee nonconforming material reviews
- 11Define and analyze quality metrics to track performance and drive improvements
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in STEM with minimum eight years relevant experience in Quality Engineering or related fields
- 2Active Secret security clearance with U.S. citizenship required before start date
- 3Proven experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems
- 4Remote site quality experience including material receipt installation and integration testing
- 5Certification as RTX CORE or Earned Value manager
- 6American Society for Quality certification and program management credentials
- 7Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats across stakeholder groups
- 8Knowledge of defense systems throughout product lifecycle phases
- 9Experience with configuration control boards and failure review boards
- 10Track record of driving performance improvements through data analysis and cross-functional teamwork
