Overview
Manage program operations and support Counselor duties under the Program Director. This role involves screening intake assessment orientation counseling treatment planning and documentation. It requires maintaining census compliance and providing clear documentation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Model healthy ethical behaviors adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- 2Implement treatment programs meeting participant and family needs
- 3Maintain accurate census for contractual and financial requirements
- 4Assist with treatment delivery across all service areas
- 5Document services clearly following agency and regulatory guidelines
- 6Supervise staff including hiring training and performance management
- 7Answer phone calls and complete referral forms as needed
- 8Attend required meetings and complete trainings
- 9Ensure safe environment free from alcohol and drugs
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned
- 11Lead efforts to improve client outcomes through effective program management
Requirements11
- 1Current SUD Counselor certification with state approval
- 2Master’s degree in behavioral health with 5+ years experience
- 3Proficiency in Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 4Knowledge of Spark Airflow
- 5Familiarity with 12-step programs
- 6Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
- 7Government issued photo ID
- 8Driver’s license and liability insurance for personal vehicle use
- 9Ability to write and speak effectively in English
- 10Experience with electronic health records and Microsoft Office
