Program Manager, Internal Communications
Overview
Program Manager will own the operating model for Marvell's Internal and Executive Communications team, driving planning cycles, decision frameworks, and execution standards at global scale. Reporting to the Vice President, Communications, this role partners with communicators, content managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows and boost accountability. You will lead complex initiatives end-to-end, from milestone tracking to executive briefing support. This position stands out for its strategic influence on high-impact storytelling and its direct exposure to C-suite leaders.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build the Communications team's operating model, including planning cycles, meeting cadence, decision-making frameworks, and documentation standards.
- 2Own end-to-end program management for complex communications initiatives, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- 3Identify process gaps and implement scalable best practices, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and impact.
- 4Lead special projects aimed at strengthening and scaling the Communications function.
- 5Support executive communications by developing briefing materials, background documents, and preparation for key engagements.
- 6Partner with Global Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordinated execution.
- 7Provide clear status reports, risk identification, and actionable recommendations to Communications leadership.
Requirements10
- 17+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, ideally within communications, marketing, or a related function.
- 2Experience working within or closely alongside a communications organization.
- 3Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
- 4Strong program management capabilities, including multi-workstream planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional execution.
- 5Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments.
- 6Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 7Experience operating in a global, cross-functional organization.
- 8Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- 9Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity, alignment, and results.
