What You'll Do11
- 1Own internal communications strategy for Core Tech teams becoming an expert in their work and trusted leadership partner
- 2Serve as hands-on advisor helping executives articulate messages with clarity and candor
- 3Translate deep technical projects into narratives that resonate across functions without losing substance
- 4Design creative approaches connecting people to unseen work like model inference and security
- 5Anticipate communications needs for launches incidents changes and share employee-focused content
- 6Implement strategies reducing noise while highlighting critical signals
- 7Plan and execute internal forums like all-hands and AMAs with operational excellence
- 8Exercise judgment with sensitive material especially regarding security sharing practices
- 9Partner with internal comms to ensure consistent messaging across channels
- 10Have 8-12 years experience in communications or adjacent fields with proven ability to simplify complex material
- 11Write compelling narratives in others' voices and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3Strong writing skills with talent for distilling technical decisions into simple narratives
- 4Proven track record as trusted advisor to senior leaders
- 5Experience communicating about security infrastructure or similar technical domains
- 6Worked at AI or frontier tech companies with rapidly evolving technical work
- 7Built or managed internal communications programs during periods of rapid growth
- 8Understanding of organizational culture and ability to identify authentic moments
- 9Candidates may have experience with infrastructure or product development at scale
- 10Preference for applicants from underrepresented groups who may experience imposter syndrome
Salary Insight
$295 - $345k per year
