You will own Program Manager duties for a 1-year hybrid engagement in Saint Paul, MN, coordinating service delivery across multiple workstreams. What You'll Do8

Requirements7
- 15+ years managing IT programs in a hybrid environment with onsite/remote split.
- 2PMP or PgMP certification strongly preferred.
- 3Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps for reporting and tracking.
- 4Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10+ members, including vendors and client staff.
- 5Experience with state government or public sector programs a plus.
- 6Strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- 7Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
