Overview
As a Project Manager at Liberty Mutual, you will own delivery of 5-10 concurrent projects from initiation to completion, each with budgets up to $150K and timelines of 3-6 months. What You'll Do10
- 1Plan project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project and Jira.

- 5Lead daily stand-ups and weekly status reviews with stakeholders.

- 7Maintain project documentation, change logs, and deliverables in Confluence.
- 8Prepare executive reports and presentations using Power BI dashboards.
- 9Resolve project issues and escalate as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
- 10Drive continuous improvement by refining Agile and Scrum workflows.
Requirements8
- 13+ years managing projects in Agile or Waterfall environments.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- 5Strong organizational and time-management skills with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication, proven in 3+ years of stakeholder management.
