Program Manager oversees Hennepin County MFIP program and staff. Supervises staff at North Loop and Bloomington locations. Requires travel across Twin Cities.

- 11Approve budget expenditures and develop proposals
- 12Provide services for client caseload to meet program goals
- 13Keep management informed of critical issues affecting organization
- 14Monitor labor market situations and client assistance programs
- 15Design new programs collaborate with departments and partners
- 16Develop evaluation methods to improve client and employer satisfaction
- 17Handle budget revisions quarterly and year projections
- 18Submit required reports to funders accurately and timely
Requirements11
- 1College degree in Human Services Social Work Education or related field
- 2At least three years case management or supervisory experience
- 3Valid driver's license proof of vehicle insurance
- 4Ability to lead diverse teams equitably and inclusively
- 5Skills in written and oral communication
- 6Ability to work effectively with others
- 7Skill in teaching coaching techniques
- 8Efficient organizational and planning skills
