Overview
The Program Manager will own contract cost schedule performance and quality across the RTI mission-support team at Fort Belvoir VA. This role provides total authority to act and make decisions on behalf of the Contractor. The successful candidate will lead a 30-day transition-in ramp-up schedule and ensure full staffing within the timeline. This position differs by focusing on comprehensive management of subcontractor integration surge response and financial reporting.
What You'll Do7
- 1Serve as the Contractor`s primary point of contact with full authority to act and make decisions on all matters on behalf of the Contractor
- 2Designate an authorized alternate
- 3Direct total management and coordination of the task order ensuring compliance with all performance standards and RS3 base contract clauses
- 4Lead the 30-day transition-in including ramp-up schedule hiring sequence and full staffing within the 30-day objective fill timeline
- 5Manage subcontractor integration and oversight surge response and replacement of departed personnel within 30 days
- 6Ensure timely delivery of all CDRLs including monthly Contractor`s Progress and Status Reports and the Funds and Man-Hours eCRAFT Expenditure Report
- 7Report actual versus projected technical progress cost and schedule status to the Government
Requirements6
- 1Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- 2Prior program management supporting DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG customers
- 3Minimum of 10 years of experience managing Department of War research and development contracts
- 4Demonstrated authority and experience managing cost schedule and performance on DoW services task orders of comparable size and complexity
- 5Experience leading contract transitions and full staffing within compressed 30-day timelines
- 6Working knowledge of CPFF completion-type contract management and CDRL delivery
