You will own and grow provider referral relationships for a multi-location oral surgery practice in New York City. What You'll Do8

  • 1Develop and execute the annual professional relations and marketing plan with practice leadership and outside partners, targeting 20% referral growth in the first year.
  • 2Build and maintain relationships with 100+ referring providers through regular office visits, follow-ups, and personalized communications.
  • 3Coordinate study clubs and educational events for referring offices, managing logistics, content, and attendee experience from invitation to follow-up.
  • 4Track referral data in CRM and analyze monthly reports to identify trends and growth opportunities, presenting findings to leadership.
  • 5Manage the practice's website and social media content, ensuring patient reviews and testimonials are current and aligned with brand voice.
  • 6Design and order marketing materials, including referral pads, business cards, and seasonal gifts, overseeing vendor relationships and budgets.
  • 7Respond to patient and provider reviews across digital platforms within 24 hours, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and practice standards.
  • 8Represent the practice at local community events, building awareness and strengthening referral partnerships.

Requirements8

  • 12+ years in marketing, business development, or customer service, with healthcare or dental experience preferred.
  • 2Proven ability to build rapport with physicians and office staff, demonstrating diplomacy and empathy.
  • 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional presence for phone and in-person interactions.
