The Production Technician at Globe Composite Solutions will own production scaling and quality at our Boston facility. This role drives efficiency across manufacturing operations. You will lead daily production activities while maintaining strict quality standards.
What You'll Do11

- 3Manufacture quality components following blueprint requirements

- 7Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean work environments
- 8Train staff on proper tool usage and maintenance procedures

Requirements5
- 15+ years experience building automated systems with Python and AWS
- 23-5 seasons managing complex manufacturing workflows
- 3Spark and Airflow proficiency for data pipeline development
- 4Welding certification recognized by industry standards
- 5Lean manufacturing methodology knowledge preferred
