Overview
Responsible for supporting the Production Support Group with administrative tasks and data entry. Own exposure schedules and loss summaries. Drive RFQ/RFP processes and promote teamwork. Work full-time in the US without sponsorship.
What You'll Do9
- 1Assist Producer and team members in gathering underwriting information
- 2Create exposure schedules using Standard Documents
- 3Analyze loss runs to produce summaries and forecasting
- 4Support RFQ/RFP process for new business opportunities
- 5Set up and maintain electronic files according to company standards
- 6Answer phone calls and provide administrative support
- 7Promote teamwork and corporate alignment
- 8Adhere to company policies and maintain prospect files
- 9Handle other administrative duties as needed
Requirements6
- 1College degree preferred
- 2Previous experience in insurance or office environment
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- 4Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
- 5Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship
- 6Ability to travel to client sites and Conner Strong offices
