What You'll Do11
- 1Lead production of multiple lines in a technical environment and ensure line success
- 2Evaluate daily plant performance and recommend efficiency and quality changes
- 3Lead a team of engineers to meet quality cost delivery and responsiveness goals
- 4Troubleshoot operational problems and advise on resolutions
- 5Facilitate discussions with operators to coach performance and boost capability
- 6Solicit and develop project proposals with qualified engineers
- 7Provide technical advice to project teams and act as interface between operators and maintenance
- 8Train and coach junior operators
- 9Prioritize production schedules based on product launch equipment efficiency and material supply
- 10Initiate process development and cost improvement projects
- 11Assist in department budget planning and expense management
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in functional roles
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified experience required
- 5Concrete experience with Power Distribution systems and Relay Panels
- 6Proven ability to operate telephones data entry office software and database systems
- 7Strong analytical skills using fractions percentages ratios and proportions
- 8Ability to interpret technical procedures and regulatory documents
- 9Physical stamina to stand walk occasional lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional standing exposure to moderate noise levels
- 10Commitment to safety compliance and maintaining a clean work environment
