What You'll Do11
- 1Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to prevent equipment breakdowns
- 2Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS to manage work orders
- 3Develop and implement maintenance procedures based on equipment feedback
- 4Conduct preventive inspections during designated maintenance windows
- 5Coordinate with production teams to optimize line efficiency and uptime
- 6Read blueprints and schematics to understand equipment layouts
- 7Fabricate small machine parts and install guards according to specifications
- 8Repair pneumatic hydraulic systems and associated components
- 9Communicate with maintenance staff and production managers about equipment needs
- 10Support quality assurance by conducting required testing and documentation
- 11Enforce safety protocols following GMP Lock Out Tag Out and OSHA standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22-3 years industrial MRO purchasing experience with food industry preference
- 3High school diploma required with certifications in maintenance preferred
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS platforms
- 5Ability to work extended shifts including weekends and overnight periods
- 6Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- 7Experience with blueprint reading and fabrication of mechanical components
- 8Familiarity with pneumatic hydraulic systems and compressor maintenance
- 9Demonstrated leadership through mentoring and cross-shift collaboration
- 10Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities for root cause analysis
- 11Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization
