Overview
Lead comprehensive pizza dough processing and sanitation within Domino's Supply Chain Center. Oversee dough preparation rotation and facility maintenance while supporting warehouse operations. Ensure product quality through rigorous cleaning protocols and documentation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Determine correct batch recipe to gather measure and mix ingredients
- 2Ensure dough is delivered into rounder
- 3Record batch data and maintain proofing library
- 4Achieve and maintain dough certification
- 5Conduct metal detector checkups and monitor dough temperature
- 6Change dough sizes on dough divider metal detector and ink jet
- 7Check sifter tailings and report findings
- 8Report any irregularities to Supervisor and Manager
- 9Monitor all equipment and make necessary interventions through HMI
- 10Troubleshoot automated equipment such as stacker dolly loader and tray buffer
- 11Organize dough according to size inside the dough cooler
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Ability to work with yeast and flour products
- 3Pass background check
- 4Stand and/or walk for long periods
- 5Climb stairs and lift up to 30 lbs frequently
- 6Perform heavy pushing pulling of product
- 7Work in refrigerated conditions between 33-38 degrees
- 8Exposure to loud machinery when necessary
