Overview
Owns high level production operations for a clothing brand at scale in a fast paced environment. Guides cross functional teams and vendors to execute production projects from start to finish while tracking performance against company goals. Builds efficient processes and provides strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead collaboration projects from onboarding to final delivery and ensure on time delivery across production and art
- 2Oversee external vendors and production partners and approve incoming samples
- 3Create and distribute POs SKUs and SRPs to internal teams distributors and vendors
- 4Set and manage production budgets ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial targets
- 5Define support and execute production and operational goals aligned with company priorities
- 6Establish monitor and analyze KPIs to measure team and production performance
- 7Provide high level guidance on production processes timelines and output to align with objectives
- 8Identify and source new vendors to support expanded product offerings
- 9Evaluate production outcomes and provide strategic recommendations for optimization

- 1Previous experience in a similar role managing production
- 2Asana or similar project management software with excellent attention to detail
- 3Airtable or similar and Microsoft Office intermediate skills
- 4Strong organizational and multi project management skills
- 5Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
