Production Assembler Therm-All
Overview
Therm-All seeks a Production Assembler to assemble package and ship Therm-All/PDL door products at Phoenix facility. This hands-on warehouse role involves using hand and power tools to build doors and prepare shipments while maintaining organization and safety standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assemble doors using drills saws nail guns and other tools
- 2Package and crate doors and materials
- 3Clean and organize workstations and surrounding areas
- 4Follow all safety procedures
- 5Maintain tool organization
- 6Customize and assemble products based on manufacturer specifications
- 7Drill cut and grind materials to precise specifications
- 8Problem solve and modify components when needed
- 9Track inventory and complete QC sheets
- 10Load and unload trucks using forklifts or manual labor
- 11File and maintain shipping paperwork
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- 2Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks
- 3Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- 4Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- 5Basic computer skills including Outlook Excel and Word
- 6Experience in distribution or construction industry preferred
- 71 year relevant experience preferred
- 8Day shift availability required
- 9Ability to commute to Phoenix AZ 85009 location
- 10Commitment to safety protocols
