The Product Strategist Principal leads ASO modernization to drive scalable growth and operational efficiency. You will shape product strategy and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own evolution of business line portfolios to meet membership and OI targets
- 2Design competitive portfolio accounting for acquisition retention and performance
- 3Architect product strategy based on benefit intent and product lifecycle
- 4Guide/supervise business product performance analytics for ongoing management
- 5Ensure delivery of innovation pipeline submissions from product management
- 6Track benefit design implementation impacts in collaboration with PLM
- 7Resolve issues on behalf of business line regarding partner dependencies
- 8Partner with market-facing and Product Strategy teams to prioritize capabilities
- 9Collaborate with internal and external partners to align decision rights
- 10Move complex capabilities from concept through implementation readiness
- 11Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable product outcomes
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2At least 10 years of relevant experience
- 3Minimum 5 years product management or product strategy experience
- 4Proven ability to translate business problems into product capabilities
- 5Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring internal and external coordination
- 6Experience with healthcare payer operations and self-funded ASO products
- 7Familiarity with benefit configuration claims eligibility and billing systems
- 8Preference for experience with health plan platforms or vendor integrations
- 9Preferred experience with network customization and health care administration
- 10Graduate degree or certification such as PMP SAFe CSPO preferred
