What You'll Do11
- 1Generate vision and roadmap based on customer requirements industry trends regulations and strategic direction
- 2Communicate program vision and roadmap to stakeholders product owners and teams
- 3Oversee budget for products collaborating with finance partners on personnel and non‑personnel expenses
- 4Provide input defining business capabilities align them with products or create new offerings
- 5Ensure product availability by partnering with demand and capacity teammates
- 6Develop business cases for new products and features for existing products
- 7Partner with product owners and teams to obtain optimum value through technology and subject‑matter expertise
- 8Own product vision and multi‑year roadmap for enterprise secrets management and vaulting platforms
- 9Manage full product lifecycle ideation intake prioritization delivery release and continuous improvement
- 10Act as primary product owner for CyberArk HashiCorp Vault and external cloud vaulting services
- 11Lead demand intake for new features integrations and enhancements translating business and security needs into clear product requirements
Requirements11
- 18+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within enterprise technology environments
- 2Deep expertise in Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management
- 3Hands‑on product leadership experience with CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault
- 4Strong understanding of secrets management credential lifecycle and key management concepts
- 5Proven experience owning roadmaps backlogs and release plans for security or infrastructure platforms
- 6Ability to translate security compliance and engineering requirements into consumable product features
- 7Experience working in hybrid and cloud environments
- 8Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- 9Familiarity with Zero Trust ITDR and Policy‑as‑Code approaches
- 10Exposure to DevSecOps CI/CD integration and infrastructure‑as‑code such as Terraform
- 11Support for regulated industries including financial services healthcare and insurance
