Overview
You will own the logistics and warehousing product roadmap for a major retail operation, defining capabilities from concept to launch. You will collaborate with engineering, integration partners, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable supply chain improvements. This hybrid role, based in Atlanta, requires deep expertise in Supply Chain and Warehousing, with a focus on Data Analytics to drive decisions. You will act as the BPO (Business Process Owner) for logistics products, ensuring alignment with business goals across cross-functional teams. This contract position offers the chance to impact a large-scale supply chain network.
What You'll Do10
- 1Define and own the product roadmap for Supply Chain and Warehousing capabilities, aligning with business priorities.
- 2Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver product features, from requirements to launch.
- 3Represent the business perspective in product design discussions with Internal and Integration Partner teams.
- 4Analyze Data Analytics metrics to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancements.
- 5Act as a BPO for logistics processes, ensuring requirements are met and stakeholders are aligned.
- 6Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, driving cross-functional execution.
- 7Translate business needs into detailed product requirements for engineering and QA teams.
- 8Coordinate with vendors and integration partners to ensure seamless system integration.
- 9Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and strategic value, and communicate trade-offs.
- 10Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on feedback and Data Analytics.
Requirements8
- 112+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- 25+ years in Supply Chain and Warehousing product domains
- 3Georgia local candidates only, with ability to work Hybrid (3 days onsite in Atlanta)
- 4Proven track record managing Product Lifecycle from ideation to launch
- 5Strong skills in Data Analytics and using Data to drive product decisions
- 6Experience writing Requirements and User Stories for cross-functional teams
- 7Ability to lead Strategy and Cross-Functional initiatives
- 8Experience working with Integration Partners and managing third-party dependencies
