Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics
Overview

What You'll Do8
- 1Define and prioritize the supply chain product backlog, translating business needs into detailed Jira epics and user stories.
- 2Lead the design of logistics and warehousing features with engineering and UX teams, ensuring alignment with integration partner APIs.
- 3Drive the 90-day roadmap for warehouse management enhancements, focusing on inventory accuracy and order fulfillment velocity.
- 4Act as the business point of view in stakeholder reviews, validating that solutions meet EDI and WMS integration requirements.
- 5Collaborate with data analysts to define success metrics and monitor Power BI dashboards for supply chain performance.
- 6Coordinate with carriers and 3PL partners to onboard and test new shipping carriers within the product.
- 7Champion the adoption of SAP EWM by documenting workflows and training business users on new capabilities.
- 8Facilitate trade-off discussions with product leadership to balance scope, timeline, and technical feasibility.
Requirements6
- 15+ years of product management experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management systems.
- 2Hands-on experience with SAP EWM or Manhattan WMS in a product owner capacity.
- 3Strong understanding of EDI transactions (850, 856, 940, 945) and integration patterns.
- 4Proven track record of managing a product roadmap and delivering features in an agile environment.
- 5Excellent communication skills to present to senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
- 6Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
