What You'll Do14
- 1Define and own execution of roadmap items for Cash Management capabilities
- 2Lead product discovery and solutioning in partnership with advisors service teams and technology
- 3Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- 4Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to ensure timely high-quality execution
- 5Partner with Service and Operations to ensure readiness and support for new capabilities
- 6Communicate product strategy progress and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization
- 7Ensure alignment with compliance risk and regulatory requirements
- 8Drive innovation pipeline by validating and moving new ideas into development
- 9Own feature delivery with minimal delays or scope changes
- 10Reduce manual interventions and service tickets related to cash movement
- 11Achieve low defect rates through rigorous incremental testing and production validation
- 12Accelerate time-to-market by improving cycle time from ideation to release
- 13Foster cross-functional alignment with positive stakeholder feedback
- 14Maintain compliance readiness during regulatory integration
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Technology or related field
- 2Minimum 9 years product management experience in Financial Services or FinTech specifically Retirement and Payments
- 3Strong SDLC and technical background including SQL CI/CD UX design AWS and Cloud
- 4Deep expertise in payments banking risk compliance
- 5Proven Agile leadership influencing cross-functional teams
- 6Core competencies in communication stakeholder management and problem-solving
- 7Familiarity with advisor workflows service operations and compliance frameworks
- 8Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions
- 9Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- 10Experience with Wealth platforms CRM account onboarding solutions advisor portals financial integrations
- 11Experience with Broker Dealer or Large Retail bank systems
