Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in business economics finance or related field
- 23-5 years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of product areas
- 3Strong analytical skills interpreting business metrics and user data
- 4Experience conducting market research competitive analysis and identifying product opportunities
- 5Proven ability to write detailed requirements documentation and manage project timelines
- 6Knowledge of user acceptance testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
- 7Strong project management skills coordinating cross-functional teams
- 8Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and progress reporting
- 9Experience with fintech financial services or lending products preferred
- 10Familiarity with product management tools and data analytics platforms
