What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with business technology marketing legal compliance teams to build and evolve product roadmaps

- 6Lead UAT and production validations to confirm deliverables align with requirements
- 7Support data-driven product decisions using web analytics call center data and client feedback
- 8Handle production escalations and provide subject matter expertise on incidents
- 9Partner with peer product groups on complex multi-faceted initiatives
- 10Manage a team and product owners and mentor junior staff
- 11Ensure alignment with organizational values and reporting structure

- 13+ years product management experience or equivalent expertise
