Product Manager, Advisor Experience (Fintech AI)
Overview
Own the advisor experience product at Savvy, a Series B fintech scaling at 500% YoY growth. You will define strategy and ship features for a platform that saves advisors 19 hours a week and services 50% more households. The role sits at the intersection of AI, wealth management, and rapid execution. You will work with engineers, designers, and business partners to build AI-native tools that transform a $545 billion industry. This is a high-impact role for a future founder or leader.
What You'll Do10
- 1Identify the highest-impact market opportunities and craft the product vision and strategy.
- 2Drive the roadmap with a clear prioritization framework, balancing AI capabilities with customer needs.
- 3Conduct user research and synthesize feedback to inform decisions.
- 4Write detailed product specs covering problem, goals, scope, success metrics, and project plan.
- 5Own projects end-to-end from inception to production.
- 6Collaborate with engineering and design to unblock and ship high-quality B2B software.
- 7Develop launch messaging for internal and external audiences.
- 8Evaluate product success using metrics and iterate quickly.
- 9Leverage third-party and manual solutions when needed.
- 10Foster cross-functional alignment on product developments.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of product management experience.
- 21+ years at a high-growth tech startup.
- 3Experience at a Series A-D startup.
- 4Experience building B2B software with engineers and designers.
- 5Led at least one successful product or business line.
- 6Strong business, design, and technical point of view.
- 7Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Claude Code.
- 8A strong stance on AI usage and enablement.
