What You'll Do11
- 1Architect end-to-end product lifecycle strategy driving cost management from launch through EOL to sustain profitability
- 2Provide authoritative oversight for Engineering Change Management ensuring seamless technical transitions
- 3Maintain product quality benchmarks and cost structures aligned with financial targets
- 4Lead mitigation of critical sustaining issues including line-stop resolutions and CAP account management
- 5Develop holistic EOL strategies partnering with integrated product teams for legacy solution sunset
- 6Oversee proactive risk assessment including multi-source technology evaluation and supply chain reviews
- 7Drive field performance optimization and gross margin improvements through strategic action planning
- 8Collaborate with global teams to deliver disruptive ideas resulting in scalable high-impact outcomes
- 9Manage enterprise risk through component-level analysis and cost variance mitigation
- 10Implement margin optimization initiatives leveraging advanced MSFT tools and agile methodologies
- 11Orchestrate sustainable growth by aligning product strategy with organizational vision
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management or related technical field
- 210+ years progressive experience in high-tech supply chain management
- 3Proven track record in complex program management and executive stakeholder management
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management and/or MBA
- 6Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- 7Deep expertise in PLM and sustaining product support
- 8Knowledge of NPI processes preferred
- 9Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools
- 10Extensive experience in high-tech electronics manufacturing
- 11Exceptional executive communication negotiation and presentation skills
