- 11Travel as required and test final product releases
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in materials operations engineering economics art design creative or related field
- 2Minimum 5 years professional experience with at least 3 years in beauty products
- 3Proven cross-functional project management abilities
- 4Strong communication and time management skills
- 5Previous brand or supply chain experience in beauty products
- 6Demonstrated success in driving business results
- 7Experience educating end users on product usage
- 8Self-starting individual who thrives in ambiguous environments
- 9Ability to prioritize tasks independently in entrepreneurial settings
- 10Master's degree preferred in relevant technical or business disciplines
