We are seeking a Product Designer to lead our Experience Design team at Capital One. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead creation of journey maps blueprints high fidelity designs and prototypes to enhance user interactions
- 2Champion customer focus through research driven design decisions considering data scalability and tech constraints
- 3Partner with product tech and business teams to negotiate requirements and align outcomes
- 4Drive problem solving by exploring emerging technologies and identifying opportunities within regulatory data landscapes
- 5Foster collaboration across diverse perspectives to break down silos and influence stakeholder alignment
- 6Communicate findings and design decisions to varied audiences using human centered frameworks and research insights
- 7Mentor junior designers and share best practices to elevate overall design practice
- 8Collaborate with engineering to ensure scalable solutions that meet business goals
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 3 years of product design experience
- 2Proficiency with Figma for design prototyping
- 3At least 4 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- 4Experience collaborating with product tech and business partners
- 5Demonstrated ability to work within heavily regulated data environments
- 6Understanding of enterprise architecture and data heavy problem spaces
- 7Strong portfolio showcasing process results and impact
- 8Experience in regulated industries with proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
