- 8Collaborate with product managers engineers and analytics leaders to shape OKRs and roadmaps
- 9Manage interdisciplinary design teams and ensure alignment with product and tech leadership
- 10Present strategic findings across levels influencing senior stakeholders
- 11Contribute to a culture of belonging through exceptional people management and development
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 8 years product design experience with 3 years leading design teams
- 2Proven experience with design toolkits spanning product strategy content and research
- 3Expertise in AI assistant tools Claude Gemini and agentic development platforms
- 4Experience partnering with product managers engineers and analysts across multiple business lines
- 5Strong portfolio showcasing leadership process results and impact
- 6At least 5 years leading design teams and 10 years overall product design experience
- 7Familiarity with design systems and proficiency in web/mobile technologies
- 8Background in business case development linking design to business value
- 9Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-organizational collaboration
- 10Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and fostering inclusive cultures
