Overview
Lead creation and production of women's apparel from concept to market. Translate ideas into production-ready garments while collaborating with overseas vendors and production teams. Drive design execution and product development to align with Eleven Eleven's elevated aesthetic and community-first approach.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support design process from concept through production
- 2Create original CADs technical sketches and presentation boards for seasonal collections
- 3Develop and maintain detailed tech packs reflecting fittings and sample reviews
- 4Participate in fit sessions and communicate revisions with Product Development and overseas factories
- 5Research fashion color fabric trim and silhouette trends through market shopping competitor analysis runway collections and consumer insights
- 6Assist in developing seasonal color palettes prints and trim direction
- 7Organize design boards line plans and development calendars
- 8Communicate daily with overseas vendors regarding sample corrections construction details and development timelines
- 9Collaborate cross-functionally with Production and Brand Strategy to ensure timely delivery meeting quality expectations
- 10Identify opportunities to improve fit functionality and construction while maintaining brand consistency
- 11Stay informed on emerging trends fabrics and innovations aligning with Eleven Eleven customers
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design Apparel Development or related field
- 22–5+ years of experience in apparel design technical design or product development
- 3Strong experience creating tech packs specs and garment construction details
- 4Deep understanding of fit grading and fabric behavior
- 5Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- 6Direct experience working with overseas factories
- 7Experience across women’s apparel categories
- 8Portfolio requirement showcasing CADs tech packs or product examples demonstrating design and development work
- 9Strong eye for proportion detail and overall product execution
- 10Ability to translate creative direction into technically accurate garments
- 11Organized detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple styles simultaneously
- 12Clear communicator with internal teams and external vendors
- 13High ownership mentality over product quality and final output
