- 5Assess communication impacts across all touchpoints
- 6Track launch readiness through documentation and approvals
- 7Govern product language consistency across customer and technology channels
- 8Manage communication workstreams for product line managers
- 9Maintain governance for product terminology and naming standards
- 10Coordinate review processes with Legal and Ad Review stakeholders
- 11Ensure regulatory compliance in all external communications
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 23+ years communications or product management experience
- 3Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- 4Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- 5Experience collaborating across business units
- 6Familiarity with Microsoft Office SharePoint and document management tools
- 7Commitment to confidentiality and professional communication
- 8Preferred financial services industry background
- 9Experience with regulated communication review workflows
- 10Ability to apply technology solutions to streamline processes
