You will own the produce and floral departments at a high-volume Sam's Club, driving sales and supervising a team of hourly associates. You will model expertise in fresh production, manage seasonality, and use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions. - 8Source new talent internally and externally to build the team.

Requirements5
- 16 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months supervising a team.
- 2Willingness to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed period.
- 3Must be 18 years or older.
- 4Preferred: Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
- 5Preferred: Prior experience supervising a team.
