We seek a detail-oriented Probate Paralegal to lead estate administration and probate proceedings at a Miami firm. You will ensure smooth case progression while supporting attorneys and clients through complex legal processes. What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare and file probate documents including petitions inventories and accountings to meet procedural laws

- 3Manage case files using Clio to maintain organized records of all activities
- 4Interview clients witnesses and stakeholders to gather information for estate administration
- 5Assist with drafting legal correspondence pleadings and reports while handling confidential information
- 6Coordinate with courts financial institutions and agencies to advance probate cases
- 7Draft legal documents with precision while maintaining confidentiality
- 8Handle sensitive data entry and filing tasks with high accuracy
