What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as strategic legal advisor for pharmacy operations contract negotiations and stakeholder partnerships
- 2Draft review and negotiate complex agreements supporting business initiatives
- 3Provide guidance on federal and state pharmacy laws including Medicare Part D and Medicaid regulations
- 4Partner with stakeholders across pharmacy health outcomes gender services and FEP to identify risks
- 5Assess legal and regulatory risk conduct research and deliver timely business-focused counsel
- 6Collaborate with legal colleagues business leaders and outside counsel to resolve complex issues
- 7Build relationships with senior management to proactively identify legal impacts of strategic decisions
- 8Evaluate prioritize and respond to legal advice requests from internal clients
- 9Manage outside counsel coordination and draft/review contracts endorsements and agreements
- 10Gather facts assess statutes and regulations and represent company at regulatory proceedings
- 11Develop corporate governance compliance procedures and improve workflows for efficiency
Requirements7
- 17+ years of attorney professional experience JD degree from accredited law school
- 2Master's degree preferred in pharmacy law or related field
- 3Experience advising on pharmacy regulatory matters in healthcare environment
- 4Ability to translate complex information into actionable messaging
- 5Strong analytical skills to evaluate tradeoffs and collaborate across functions
- 6Excellent organization time management and multitasking abilities
- 7Attorney License from state bar association Hybrid telework arrangement available
