What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and deliver CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care in individual and group therapy sessions to adults in residential treatment
  • 2Conduct clinical evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, and diagnostic assessments to craft individualized treatment plans
  • 3Provide crisis counseling and intervention when needed and participate in after-hours crisis services as assigned
  • 4Maintain accurate and timely Electronic Health Records EHR and assist with insurance authorization and utilization review
  • 5Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and support coping skills development for long-term recovery
  • 6Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and case consultations to promote continuous improvement
  • 7Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards at all times
  • 8Deliver in-person therapy services in Washington County, MN with a 4-8 client caseload
  • 9Support clients in building skills for relapse prevention and sustained recovery
  • 10Contribute to a compassionate, team-oriented workplace culture

Requirements9

  • 1Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • 2Current and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPC licensure in Minnesota
  • 3Experience working with adults with mood, anxiety, personality, and trauma-related disorders
  • 4Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
  • 5Willingness to work some weekends on call and assist with after-hours crisis calls
  • 6Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • 7Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
  • 8Prior experience in residential treatment settings (preferred)
  • 9Specialized training or certification in trauma-informed care or substance use disorders (preferred)
