What You'll Do7
- 1Lead daily operations within the Press Brake department while supporting production goals and on-time delivery
- 2Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal parts according to blueprint specifications
- 3Assign jobs coordinate workflow and provide materials tools and information to complete work efficiently
- 4Train mentor and support Press Brake Operators on machine setup tooling and quality expectations
- 5Review and troubleshoot machine setups tooling and production issues to minimize downtime and defects
- 6Ensure parts meet quality standards through inspections measurements and compliance with ISO and company procedures
- 7Promote and maintain a safe clean and organized work environment following all safety policies
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 22 years of Press Brake experience
- 3Excellent people skills with ability to partner with dynamic leadership team
- 4Personal qualities of integrity credibility and commitment to mission
- 5Physical ability to bend lift load and unload workpieces alternate sitting and standing
