What You'll Do6
- 1Support the classroom by partnering with the Lead Teacher to maintain a safe nurturing environment
- 2Assist with implementing the Meaningful Assessment-ready Experiences curriculum to foster intellectual and social-emotional growth
- 3Maintain clean organized safe and inviting classroom spaces
- 4Engage with families through MAE Connects events to strengthen parent partnerships
- 5Own daily tasks such as assisting with learning activities and managing classroom materials
- 6Deliver exceptional care and reliability while adapting to children's needs
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent with 12+ ECE units including Child Growth & Development Child/Family/Community and Program/Curriculum
- 26+ months experience in licensed childcare settings preferred
- 3CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain along with up-to-date health records
- 4Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- 5Commitment to professional development and career growth within the organization
Salary Insight
$37 - $42k per year
