What You'll Do10
- 1Obtain daily production schedules and prepare items using established recipes
- 2Complete production worksheets and maintain waste logs accurately
- 3Taste meals to guarantee quality standards
- 4Operate and clean equipment following department protocols
- 5Store, label, and date all food items per policy
- 6Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure safety and compliance
- 7Take customer orders and serve meals efficiently and friendly
- 8Serve customers at multiple stations using approved recipes
- 9Resolve customer concerns promptly
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of hospitality experience
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified experience beneficial
