What You'll Do8
- 1Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties
- 2Measure ingredients and seasonings for cooking
- 3Wash and chop vegetables cut meat and other produce
- 4Reduce sauces and parboil foods as needed
- 5Perform additional kitchen duties assigned by management
- 6Maintain clean and organized workstations
- 7Collaborate with line cooks to ensure timely service
- 8Uphold health and safety standards in all areas
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful warm presence
- 3Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position
- 4Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- 5Proven experience as Prep Cook
- 6Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- 7Second language proficiency is a plus
